Why W2i?:

was inspired to action by family and friend circumstances, observations, and research over the last 20+ years. Colleen recognized the need to provide a HAND UP, support, resourcing and plans for not only single parents/caregivers, but their families as well.

Win2ition Aspires To be: BE “THE INSPIRATION IN THE STORM” for the single parent/CAREGIVER and their familes.

Our Vision is to assist and de-stress professionally or personally opportunities, through the development of customized plans for the single parent/caregiver and their family.  

Meet the board and advisors:

Colleen Blackwell – Founder, President 

Colleen is currently the Chief Advisor, Blackwell & Son Advisers, advising many fortune 1000 organizations as well many individuals wanting to BECOME DIFFERENCE MAKERS in the WORLD. .  Colleen is a results-oriented executive leader with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of achieving goals by leading organizations with a balanced approach of strategy, execution and people principles.  Colleen also serves as a board member for the Cherokee Country Educational Foundation and Board Member to The Proven Method CCNS Division.

Jane Creekmore – Vice President Services, Programs, & Partnerships

Jane has been involved in non-profits for the past 20 years.  Prior to joining Win2ition she and her husband established a free after-school program for school-aged children called Litehouse. This program allowed children to have a safe place to go after school that provided tutoring, mentoring and a supportive environment. They grew this program into over 40 locations nationwide.  Subsequently, she became involved in the YMCA and has held a variety of positions with the Metro Atlanta YMCA board. She was named Volunteer of the Year and chaired the “Partner With Youth Campaign” which raised over $130,000 in scholarships for children.  Jane is a born organizer and implementer of all things with her family, friends and community.

Barbara H. Ellenberg June – Legal Advisor – Operations

Barbara is a dedicated national account manager for Kronotex USA, LLC, a subsidiary of the world’s largest laminate flooring producer.  Before joining Kronotex to assist with its Home Depot account management, Barbara was a partner with Monnolly Pridgen LLC, where she focused on a variety of legal matters, including a professional concentration in trademark, branding and protection of intellectual property rights for businesses.
Barbara is very active in her local community and has served on the governing board for Hickory Flat United Methodist Church.  She has also served on the board of directors for various nonprofit entities, and was an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers for many years.  For a period in her own life, Barbara was a single mother, and is committed to assisting single parent families as they transition.  She is uniquely qualified to assist Win2ition, Inc. from a business perspective as well in helping it fulfill its mission of aiding the single caregiver community.

Howard Wolfson – Board Member

Howard is a single father that believes – Everyone Has A Story “No matter what your story is, you are the hero.  You are the main character; the one responsible for driving the plot forward” all you may need is a little support and guidance along the way. The ability to make personal connections is often what separates successful people from others. With a tremendous passion for personal connection and a real-world background in business and financial strategies, Brian K. Gibbs knows what success looks like, and he knows how to achieve it. Best of all, he wants you to achieve success, too.

Candice Sherman – COO

Throughout her 22-year career, Candice has developed a reputation as a results-producing, strategic, ethical, and tenacious executive.  As a leader she possesses extensive consulting and business development expertise along with an acute sense of observation and ability to effectively interpret interactions to predict behavior and outcomes.  She is founder and CEO of CommVisory Consultants, where Candice led her team to deliver bottom line returns for its clients.  Serving as the Cobb GOP Communications Chairman, House District and Precinct Chairman, Advisory Council for the Cobb Young Republicans and a North Point Community Church coach, small group leader, worship leader, and community group leader. Candice feels strongly about living out her God-given potential and endeavors to live by the mantra: “To whom much is given, much is expected.” She is currently employed as a VP Sales Leader at Unify, where she is accountable to mentor and expand team members’ cross-functional development

Mary Grace Kosloski – CPA advisor

Katharine Voyles Mobley – Marketing and Social Media advisor

With more than 15 years’ experience in her field –  Katharine Mobley, is a known marketing maven. In her current role as  of Win2ition, she is charged with the overall marketing strategy, media relations, consumer insights and corporate reputation of our brand. In her professional career, Katharine is the CMO of the WeCareCard – a revolutionary technological hybrid comprised of a crowdfunding platform combined with the ease of use of a prepaid card.
